Refund/Exchange Policy:

All Sales Are Final for: Discounted items, Vintage items, Pre-Order Items, Special Order Items, 1/1 scale items,
12" or 1/6 scale figures etc, Model Kits, Statues, Printed Matters, CD, LD, DVD, Wearable Arts.

Returned items must be in its original condition and original packing with all attachments.
All seals must be intact.Open seal packing such as the box wrapping or tape seal WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for a refund/exchange.

We are a small size company and we do not have a installment policy , deposit will be forfeited if payment is not received within 7 days .

Shipping fees are Non-Refundable!

Exchanges and refunds on all other purchases must be made within 7 business days from date of receipt.
